Big Rainbow Birthday Wishes

Hi there.  Okay, I’m back to quickly share another fun rainbow birthday card.  If you can’t tell yet, I love rainbow colour cards. 😂

All stamping was done with Memento black ink on an A2 stitched rectangle panel die cut from Neenah cardstock.

The hat was stamped first, followed by the middle elephant, then the two smaller elephants last.  Each image was masked in between.  The bottom 1” area was masked next before distress inks in rainbow colours were blended on with a mini blending tool.

Masks were then removed and the elephants were coloured with cool gray Copic markers.  Added clear shimmer to the rainbow background for some sparkle.  Stamped the sentiment in black and mounted the panel to a white top folding card base to finish.

An easy one.  And I may or may not have another rainbow birthday card to share. 😂   Until next time.  Thank you for stopping by.  Have a nice day!

  3. What a cute card with so many wonderful techniques used – the masking is perfect – love the way the rainbow starts on a line and then just whisps up – the ellies are adorable too!
