Deal Alerts!

Hello everyone.

Before I get to the deals, I want to add that I am not getting any compensation for mentioning these deals. I love saving money wherever possible and thought I would pass it on to my Canadian readers.  Sorry to those outside Canada because the deals are from the Canadian Amazon website and I don’t think they ship internationally (but you can check).  Please note, the prices I am quoting today are current as of this post and may change at any time.

Gansai Tambi Starry Colors – $20 CDN

Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers 48 – $64.74 CDN
This is the lowest I’ve seen these markers go for.  I purchased my set for $105 CDN.  Regardless, I love them even at the higher price.

Prismacolor Premier Color Pencils Box of 132 – $90.99 CDN
Regular price is $282.80, so this is a huge 68% savings.

Prismacolor Premier Color Pencils Box of 72 – $51.99 CDN
Not as big of a savings, but still a 20% savings

That’s it for now.  Have a great day!

Sharing My Excitement

Good Monday morning!  I woke up this morning and was checkling my e-mails.  Nothing too exciting until I got to the e-mail from MFT where they were announcing the random winners of Camp Create.  Just a quick recap.  Camp Create was a week long challenge where participants were challenged to create something based on the theme for that day to earn badges.  I completed all five challenges and earned all five badges to qualify for the random grand prize drawing.  To my complete surprise, I was the chosen random winner of the $150 MFT prize!  I only posted one of the cards here on my blog and the rest were added to my Instagram account.  Just in case you missed them, here they are:

Thanks for stopping by.

Deal Alert: Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers

I want to start by stating that I am not getting any compensation for mentioning this deal.  I just want to share this great deal for those in Canada who are wanting to buy these awesome markers.

These are the 48-pack Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers that I used to watercolor the Mother’s Day Card I posted yesterday.

Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers 48 Pack

This is a phenomenal price at $80.68 CDN. I paid $25 more for mine and I thought that was a good deal. Those living in the US may want to check Amazon.com because I’m sure you’ll get an even better deal. Even though they ship from Japan, they arrive weeks before the expected delivery date.  Just click on the image to purchase your set today.

Update: price has increased since my posting of this deal. However, I’ve seen the price fluctuate, so you just have to keep checking back.

Welcome…

Hello and welcome to My Crafting Closet.

image

As you can see, my crafting space is literally the closet. Living in Vancouver in a cozy 2-bedroom apartment does not allow me to have a dedicated craft room. So with the help of my husband, we transformed the closet in our spare bedroom to my crafting space.  It’s amazing how organization solutions can maximize space. The IKEA PAX unit on the right was customized with pullout drawers and a couple shelves and holds the majority of my crafting supplies.

To maximize much needed desk space, I purchased wall-mounted ink pad/ribbon holders from Organize More and the Stamp/Storage shelves from Stamp n Storage.  I love these organizers as they make finding stamps and cleanup easy. There is still some wall space for possibly a couple more wall-mounted units. 😛
