Hello Power Poppy

Hi there.  Just quickly sneaking in a simple card for a couple of challenges to round off August.  Today’s card is for the Power & Spark August Mix & Match and Addicted to Stamps and More #257 Make Your Mark challenges.  The mix & match challenge was to use two different sets.  I ended up using three NBUS Power Poppy sets.

And here’s my card.

The bouquet was stamped with Memento black ink on a stitched X-press It rectangle panel and coloured with Copics.

The butterflies were stamped on a scrap of X-press It paper, coloured with Copics as well and fussy cut out.  The sentiment was white heat embossed on a strip of black cardstock.

The stitched panel was attached to a white top folding cardbase.  The sentiment and butterflies were popped up with foam adhesive.  Love sparkles so had to add clear shimmer to the flowers.  A few clear sequins finished off the card.  And that’s all there is to it.  Thank you for visiting. Enjoy your day or night, wherever you are.
