Juggling Fun

Hi everyone.  For today’s card, I actually got the idea a while back when I saw a snowman image looking upwards and juggling presents.  Unfortunately, I don’t remember where I saw it, but then THIS CARD reminded me of it again.  I wanted to participate in the 2016 Winter Coffee Lovers’ Blog Hop, so I used coffee cups instead.

On a white Stitched Rectangle panel, I masked off the bottom for the snowy ground. I blended Blueprint Sketch and Tumbled Glass distress inks for a wintery sky. Next I white heat embossed the sentiment. For a snowy look, I spritz with water, then dabbed with a paper towel to lift some colour.

I stamped the deer and cups with Memento black ink, coloured with Copics then fussy cut them out.

I adhered the images onto the panel, then splattered some white shimmer paint to create more snow.  In keeping with my goal to create two cards, I did create the other card using presents.

I am also entering this in SSS Monday Challenge Let There Be Snow
