Less is More #359 Birds or Feathers

Hi there.  It’s a new challenge at Less is More (LIM).  The theme this week is Birds/Feathers.  Our guest designer is our talented October winner, Michelle Wallace from Seashell Creations.  We also want to welcome again this month’s generous sponsor Happy Little Stampers.

PEACEFUL DOVE

This came together after I saw the current challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches was to pick a previous 2017 sketch and make it seasonal.  I chose sketch challenge #235.  A stitched rectangle was die cut from regular white cardstock.  Stamped Peace on earth  with VersaMark and heat embossed with Liquid Platinum embossing powder (ep).

This ep is more light gold than it is platinum.   Heat embossed the dove next with Silver Pearl ep.  The rays were created by inking VersaMark through a Focal Point stencil and heat embossed with clear glitter ep.  Kept it really CAS and skipped adding any embellishments.

My team has created some fabulous cards to inspire you and you can see them on the LIM blog post HERE.  It’s a busy time of year, but we would love to see how this week’s theme inspires you.  Thank you for dropping in. Happy holidays!
