Hello Spring

Hi everyone. I have another CAS spring card to share today.  We’ve had a lot of rain lately, which makes me a little nervous for April with the phrase April showers and all. 😂  Rainbows in the spring inspired this card.

First, a circle reverse mask was die cut from masking paper and adhered off the edge of a white A2 stitched rectangle panel.  Distress inks were blended through a Diagonal Grid stencil with Clarity brushes.  The moose was stamped with Intense Black ink, coloured with Copics and then die cut it out with the matching die.

Next the wreath frame was die cut from white cardstock.  The sentiment was heat embossed with black Versafine ink and clear embossing powder.

A black strip was added to anchor the moose.  The stitched panel was adhered to a landscape white top folding cardbase.  The moose was mounted with foam adhesive and clear Wink of Stella was added to the flower to finish,

  1. Stunning! Love the crisscross effect and rainbow of Spring pastels, framed by the pretty flower die cut. The moose is so fun against this backdrop too. Thanks so much for sharing, inspiring and joining in on the Uniko Challenge. Hugs Bev x
